Here you will find a short profile of our organisation, some links in English and information on how to contact Dutch dairy companies.

Who are we?
Gemzu is the umbrella organisation of several Dutch Dairy Trade (VGM, VNK, VGB) and other affiliated associations.

Our members are involved in the trading of dairy products (cheese, milk powder, butter, etc.). The combined turnover of these products exceeds € 10 billion.
We represent the interests of our members to the Government and other organisations and keep our members informed of relevant news on EU and Dutch draft legislation for example. Further we provide several cost-saving services, training, forum for exchange of information, etc.

In the main menu of our website you can find information on general trade conditions as well as some interesting news on “grated cheese quality controlled”.
Dutch dairy traders are active in international trade in numerous dairy products. If you are interested in doing business with Dutch-based companies, we are happy to give you a helping hand.

If you are looking for a partner in the dairy business (cheese, milk powder, butter (ghee)), the most efficient way to match your request with Dutch companies is by sending us an e-mail info@gemzu.nl with your business profile and the product and quantity you demand or would like to offer.
In most cases, we will publish your demand in our magazine “Zuivelnieuws” (Dairy news).

Zuivelnieuws is published every two weeks and reaches all Dutch dairy traders. Companies who are interested can thus contact you directly. This service is free of charge.
